Labnote provides computational tools for synthetic biology design, including codon optimization, primer design, pathway design, gene mining, and multi-gene assembly. Outputs are design aids intended to support — not replace — your own experimental work.
3. Accounts
You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and for legitimate research purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Do not upload unlawful or infringing material
5. Research use disclaimer
Tool results are computed from public databases and algorithms and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for validating results experimentally before relying on them. Labnote is not responsible for experimental outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its software, and its curated databases are owned by Labnote. Your uploaded sequences and generated results remain yours.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labnote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
