How it works

    Run a tool

    Run any Labnote tool — pathway design, CRISPR, gene mining, assembly, or cassette design — and finish a result.

    Save as an entry

    Save the finished run to your workspace. The tool records its parameters, input, and result reference automatically.

    Read the timeline

    Every saved run appears in your notebook timeline with a date stamp, tool badge, status, and Entry ID.

    Organize by project

    Group entries into projects and filter the timeline by project or tool to find a past run.

    Reproduce, hand off, cite
